    Pros

    Lots of growing opportunities, I was so excited to be offered the position. I have been there for some time and have grown to love almost everything about the job. Wages are fair, dress code out dated. Enjoy coworkers, wonderful management and good benefits,

    Cons

    Dress code is out dated, don't care for the team wear on Friday. Working from home currently not available.

    I have been working at Parallon Business Solutions

    Pros

    The time clock has a 15 min window for each shift. Shift is @ 8a, have till 8:07a to be on time. They try to increase employee morale by having monthly acknowledgements (dessert & prizes available), yearly customer service week (they provide food, games & prizes all week.), holiday decorating competitions.

    Cons

    Each department has a certain place to park, every new employee receives a copy of the color coded map. Because people don't want to walk, many arrive an hour early to get a parking spot by the back door. The back door is for employee entrance only, meaning non- management employees. Mgmt and upper mgmt are allowed to walk through the front door and down the front hallway, non-mgmt isn't allowed to walk down the front hallway for any reason. High turnover. Been here almost three months, three people hired, two people left, they have been hiring for 4 months or more. Entry level position, tons of work, little pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Find better ways to promote employee retention. The current way doesn't work.
