Current Employee – been working at Parametric Technology

Pros – Interesting work. Pay seems to be similar or better than similar positions elsewhere in the software industry. Many people aren't terrible.

Cons – There are the standard quarterly financial pressures that impact work, causing direction to suddenly change and causing people to worry every three months.

Advice to Senior Management – Improve communications with the employees, realizing that their goals may be more practical than the corporate goals while still supporting and not conflicting with the corporate goals.
