Great time-off policies, fairly flexible. Good online development courses.

Cons

Insecure management. I did not feel it was possible to be promoted from my location. I met all my goals and improved processes, but when review time came, there was never anything positive said. Only negative comments make it a very discouraging place to work. I always felt as if management was hiding information.

Advice to Senior Management

If you truly believe in your work-life balance program, stop planning town-hall meetings after business hours...you are taking away precious time with family and contradicting what you are saying.
