“Nice Place to Work. Would work there again.”

Pros – As an employee owned company, feel like each employee has a voice and can make some difference if they would like to. Good colaboration between teams and offices. Company knows how to have fun.
Cons – With today's economy, everyone is struggling to find work and it can be quite streesful. Office morale is a little down right now.
Advice to Senior Management – Look for more ways to share work and balance work between offices. One of the reasons Parametrix overhead may be too high is because we have a lot of support and admin staff.
