I have been working at Pareto full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

RRSP contribution matching of 50% to a MAX of $2500.
there are some good people who work here.
some employees will get together to have a potluck or social, but rarely. Management are never involved in these unless to get free food.

    Cons

    No raises given.
    Poor employee moral.
Management only cares about their bonus and never passes it along to staff.
    low job security.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    inflation raises are necessity.
give more praise to the employees.
stop with the inappropriate jokes during meetings, especially from upper managements (CEOs and VPs)
Take heed, people are quitting the company for a reason.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
