Former Employee – worked at Parker Global Strategies

Pros – Some degree of freedom. Big office space working area

Cons – No career advancement; stab in the back environment. Ceo and co-exec do not listen to staff - husband and wife. Company executives are all tied together by family relationships - outsiders have no room to grow.

Advice to Senior Management – Run the company like a professional organization instead of a family office and you may have a chance to compete with elite fund of funds else it just becomes a vicious circle of redemptions and underperformance. Hire people who can actually do the job versus getting kids right out of college/ hiring family members.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I read with interest your posting on PGS and was surprised by the content. I am quite knowledgeable about PGS, its management, employees and enviroment. PGS is a well run and highly respected fund of funds. The decription of the enviroment at PGS and its management team is both unfair and misleading. The posting suggests that its author is simply a disgruntled former employee with an ax to grind. This person should probably consider a different career path. Anyone interested in Parker Global should pursue other sources for an objective view of the company.
