    I worked at Parker Hannifin full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Work life balance - that's all.

    Cons

    The CRM team is an old boys club with all the jeering and offensive remarks. Even after multiple corrective warnings this team repeats the offensive behavior towards team members and towards members of other teams. They openly make discriminatory remarks on color (if you know what I mean) and show implicit color-based preferences. People have tried to show tolerance and bring them to see their actions. But people leave getting frustrated after a while, surprised that such things still exist and management looks the other way. These matters have been reported to HR atleast by half a dozen people but HR only gives the team supervisor, who is the club leader, just a pep talk. Eventually the people who reported had to leave.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to be respected at all, get rid of the offensive resources who are getting rid of the good resources.
