Pros

You take vacations whenever you want them :) the company has enough people to cover for you. But when you get back to work you might lose your regular spot.

Cons

The work is not stable, there are months when it is very slow. You dont do much hours, and dont make much.

Advice to Senior Management

Raise the check pay a little :)
