I have been working at Parkway Bank

ProsI was very flexible. They were able to work with my school schedule and allowed me to change it as needed.

ConsThe management was not proper and professional in the way they handled employee issues and discrepancies. Not the best work environment.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees because beleive it or not they have some very relative feedback. They are the ones that interact with the clientele.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
