I have been working at Parsons Brinckerhoff full-time (more than a year)

Pros

I have a good salary compared to other jobs in the Austin area. PTO at 16 days a year and 9 paid holidays is good.

Cons

Leadership is lacking in some areas of the Austin office. Benefits are not as good as my last employer, but they are not bad.

I have been working at Parsons Brinckerhoff full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great management support, and good internal education thru online and lunch time presentations.

    Cons

Since it is project work, have to deal with finding new project to transfer to and possibility of relocation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a little more proactive in information about next opportunities.

I have been working at Parsons Brinckerhoff full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The only pros are for corporate...

    Cons

This company would rather layoff and hire outside of the company, than give promotions and raises to those that have diligently worked for them over the past decade.
Do not contact Human Resources if you have an issue. The Human Resources here is more like corporate resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of the workers that have taken care of you. These men and women bust their butt so you can live the life you want. They deserve your respect.
I motion to audit human resources. Revamp the entire thing by making it more employee friendly.
