Current Employee – been working at Partners HealthCare

Pros – good work environment, there is not much stress

Cons – not much help provided by others. consultants are treated as outsiders and not included organization and faculty events. Any mistake is highlighted to all upper management to observe but good work is not appreciated.

Advice to Senior Management – treat all employees consultants and permanent equally
