“Case Manager”
I have been working at Partners HealthCare full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – They have lots of perks & benefits
I am learning the art of politics
Cons – No motivation for employees
Corporate culture at some SRN Reward Mediocrity
No growth
Salaries differ within the Network
Advice to Senior Management – Change their corporate culture especially at SRN to drive performance and work passion
Stop playing politics and reward the best politician not the best employee
Invest in recruiting and retaining the best in their fields
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
