Pros

Flexible working environment, good benefits, learned quite a bit, great co-workers. Company does seem to care about what it offers its employees.

Cons

Poor communication across teams. Advancement could be difficult (and often it was unclear why some staff were promoted). Cubicle environment.

    Pros

    Decent health benefits -that's about it.

    Cons

    Sprawling bureaucracy... nowhere to turn with concerns. Senior and middle management direct their efforts towards APPEARING to care, rather than the hard work of actually providing support, resources, and open lines of communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Implementing the Kronos time-keeping system in response to a class-action lawsuit regarding Partners overtime pay practices... says it all. Rather than address the core of the HR issues raised in the lawsuit, Partners simply set out to protect itself from future lawsuits -- under the guise of caring for its employees. Staff continue to work uncompensated overtime as before, except now we're just forced to underreport our hours (i.e. lie) to a machine.
