I worked at Partners Pharmacy full-time

    Pros

I found the job interesting and the work personally rewarding

    Cons

Salary was just OK,( "Operations" was exceptionally good where I worked, the Director of Ops was excellent.)
On the Consulting side, there were more managers than consultants, no recognition of good work, no relief for family, health issues, it felt like a witch-hunt. The transition to ACO seemed like a punishment instead of a good idea. Communication was often "one way" and punitive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mere stacks of paper reports do not necessarily mean there's any useful information on them! Some managers were good, a few appeared just "self serving," and pretended to be experts on what we did, even though they had never actually done it! The company seemed to have lost all enthusiasm and positive direction, no sense of company culture. Fear and paranoia seemed contagious, I hope it has improved as it was great when I started.

I worked at Partners Pharmacy full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I haven't seen any so far, but we'll see, Oh the pays descent benefits are good except you have to work for a year before you can take any time off.

    Cons

NO TRAINING PROGRAM, you get hired and they give you a 2 min brief summary of what your suppose to do, there so UNDER staffed the person that's suppose to train keeps saying I'm sorry were to busy in the back for me to sit with you to train you on their software program ( which by the way is SOOOOO outdated you do 10 steps to do one thing takes forever to enter an order

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HIRE MORE STAFF TO DO THE JOBS NEEDED TO get your runs out ON TIME and your employees would not have to stay till 2:30am , and then your order entry staff could do there job with less errors, in other words get a clue
