Pros

The people, innovative and fun company culture, flexibility and input into strategic direction of the company

Cons

Low pay for junior staff, company stresses work/life balance, but everyone has too much on their plate and works long hours without additional compensation.

Advice to Management

Hire enough people to be able to provide true work/life balance to employees.

    Pros

A great mission is paramount here. In addition to that the people who work at the Partnership are talented and passionate individuals. Also, the organization is very well respected in the Federal Human Capital area. The work is engaging, important and interesting...not to mention free bagels and juice, professional development and great relationships with senior staff.

    Cons

Pay is comensurate with non-profits, which is to be expected. But, the benefits are still strong. Some of the work could be more interdisciplinary, I guess.

    Advice to Management

I would encourage them to keep doing what they are doing, and push the staff to "stay hungry". With great success sometimes comes complacency.
