    Pros

we were like a family untill the yaggies bought the stores, always fun good times we worked hard and were appreciated for it,it was nothing but love and caring coworkers, always doing things outside work settings, all in all we had a blast at work,i looked forward to going to work,we get the job done and had fun doing it

    Cons

the yaggies(new paper LLC. ) bought the stores, then it went downhill, the employees that were kept on were pushed out slowly, even theres that were there a long time were,i was one of the last few from F.C.O. after 5+ years witth party city, alot of cliques and favoritism, mangment reading e mail over and over again all day, there constant time in the office doing "important" work or there "management meeting" and time with the dm in the office, even tough lots to be done and busy on the floor, leaving 2 or if your luckey 3 people on the floor alone as trucks fill up the back room and stock needing to go out, then we are repremaned for not getting it done, while there in the office for half of there shift,no equipment maitnence,so when the machines don't work rite we were just doing it wrong it wasn't the machine, having to move the same section or resetting it atleast 2-3 times a month, told not to follow corperate plans or procedures, but when complained about,we are in the wrong even though that's what our franchise or management told us to,unfare treatment you cant do it but some one else can keep doing it over and over till they finally get fired or disclipined, letting the slide and promises beyond promises or rewards for hard or excellent work never followed through

    Advice to Management

all of cooperate need to work in a store for a month on a regular employees schedual and see how it is.and pull your heads out from wherever you stuck them in (maybe your desk drawer or under your key board get in contact with party city corperate and get everything on the same page quit playing store, your employees are real people who depend on the job to support them selves and there familys, most of us can or will loose everything, end up homeless or worse, its not a game its real life for us
