Pros

Easy work, offer many things for customers

Cons

Employees are nearly never informed of changes or what products or sales are occurring so we're out of the loop.
Not really trained on things, just thrown into it and hope you pick it up

Advice to Management

Hold one on ones or meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page.

    Pros

Love the customers, and the fun atmosphere. Love setting new product. Love the employee discount (30%), and love the employees. Love the Halloween season (most days).

    Cons

Little payroll to accomplish a laundry list of things that are top priority, all while assisting each and every customer that walks through the door. The no excuse attitude that leaves management and employees stressed and on edge, and the fear factor of job security. Moving things 2-3 times in one season because of poor communication wastes the precious payroll we do have, and secret shops are excessive, use the money you pay secret shoppers and give your employees a decent raise.
