Pros: Headquarters has start up feel and fun events. Owned by… Cons: Everything else. Micro-management to a whole new level, by middle managers, as well as executives. On your interview, they act like you will have freedom to… Advice to Senior Management: Trust the employees you hire. If someone is performing, allow them to grow independently.
