I worked at Patina Restaurant Group
Pros – Pretty good place to work. Made good money behind the bar. Usually you made comparable money on how hard you worked during the shift.
Cons – Management didn't treat people well. Dealt with many irate customers and families. Kitchen messed up a lot and you had to take food off of their bill, lowering your tip.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees. Upper management didn't do a great job hiring good management during my time there. There were some good managers, but a lot of really bad ones.
