Current Employee – been working at Patni Computer Systems
Pros – you can really enjoy your life in most projects as work pressure is very less,
best for freshers who want to earn 2 yrs work ex and then go for higher education
Cons – no growth
no hikes
outdated work culture
work ethics are a joke
too much politics and regional bias all the marathi manoos stuff if u know what i mean
incompetent middle managers
very low quality standards
Advice to Senior Management – this one is for Igate people
dude you took a loan to buy this company please do something about it or ur investment will be lost
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
