Pros – 1. Big clients on your resume.
2. Decent Salary.
Cons – 1. Processes are a joke.
2. Middle level managers climb the ladder on the shoulders of employees who are sacrificing their personal lives to meet organizational goals.
3. Too many personal agendas. The entire lot of middle level management needs to be culled.
Advice to Senior Management – Take a look at all the processes that you are making employees to go through. Are they really required?
