Very dysfunctional company.

Regional Manager (Former Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsThe pay was very good as are the benefits which included health, 401K etc. The opportunity for moving up was also a positive situation.

ConsThe Senior management was very much like a college fraternity with leadership setting the example for hard driving social indulgences and many late night parties.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey really need to clean house and bring in a fresh, new much more professional operations and sales leadership team!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
