Leadership, PRIMARILY in Omaha (JN) aren more concerned about thier "turf" than about doing the right thing for the customer. There is a definate bully attitude and harrassment is rampant from leadership in Omaha both male and female.

Advice to Senior Management

Worry more about doing the right thing than pushing crap code in order to do things quickly. your idea of being nimble only costs more in customer satisfaction and call center costs in the long run.
