PayPal – “Great product but politics get in the way”

Pros

Benefits are fantastic. Great product.

Cons

Politics are awful. Takes too long to get anything through the "process". People are too worried about making themselves look good and sacrificing their teams in the process.

Advice to Senior Management

Streamline processes. Empower employees and make them feel valued. Clean up the politics and empire building.
