I worked at Paychex full-time (more than a year)

Pros

They give full benefits after first month and the pay is decent, but should they should pay more for what you have to do

Cons

The harder you work, the more work they give you and the learning curve is absurd. They try to lighten the mood and make it fun, but it's just not possible given the environment.

I have been working at Paychex full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits, fair in terms of achiving quota they leave you create your masterpiece.

    Cons

Getting promoted into senior management is very tough. Some more than qualified candidates are 18 years without a promotion. The gamble is your career, you can wait until there is an opening but you coul dwke up at 55 and still be waiting. Getting promoted into middle management is obtainable. However you will not be compensated appropriately.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to what made you great, SALES! Thsi company was built by a brilliant entrprenuer who let sales people sell and operations people handle the clients. Stop mingeling.
