Paychex – “Went from "hot" to "not" real quick”

Pros

Very team-like atmosphere! Rewarded for great sales performances in a given year. Training provided for new sales reps is outstanding!

Cons

Needed to leave your territory to go to the office for no reason and have team activities. It really hurts your sales and time management. Very micromanaged as well!

Advice to Senior Management

Let sales reps do what we do best...sell. Spend more time making your reps better sales people and spend less time making us create sales trackers for sales trackers.
