    I worked at Paycom

    Pros

Great environment, great work experience. Benefits, Base salary, and commission are the best in the industry. Overall good place to work if you are ready to work and have experience.

    Cons

Need some type of experience to truly succeed. Depending on your manager you may or may not receive the guidance / mentoring you are looking for to be set up for success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep in mind all the players in the game, not just the ones that are doing well.

I have been working at Paycom

    Pros

Paycom is a great place to work because you get a good base salary plus a very generous commission structure. It is very easy to make 70k+ your very first year. One big sale could mean 30k plus in commisions. Everytime you make it to another benchmark your base goes up by 10-20k!

    Cons

This job requires you to work more than your normal 8-5. If you want to rake in the big bucks expect to work at night and on the weekends on proposals. If you are a true salesperson you won't mind though!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure that your employees are not becoming disengaged. Some people can't handle the work load so managers should notice asap and figure out how to fix it or hire someone new!
