    Pros

Definately a place where if you play by the rules, don't question Exec Management and don't make waves you can have a job for life.

    Cons

Unless your a CxO or VP of something your ideas have no merit. They think their a SaaS company but a PowerBuilder app delivered via Citrix only barely qualifies. They hired an Indian CIO and quickly began moving more IT offshore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get over yoursleves. Newer companies in the space are outperforming your growth by a factor of 10.

Has potential but current adminstration (local) lacks experience and ability.

    Pros

New logo and a new office which is nice.

    Cons

    HUGE Quota...no support
No training (no...really...NONE), no growth, no local leadership.

Terrible micro-management culture with zero input and advice/help. 5 new meetings per week...and they want updates on Tues, WEd and if you dont have 4 by Wed then you have to set aside another time slot to make more calls to get to 5.

Company is ALL about volume of appointments and selling $$$$ fast. You dont matter to the company or to the management. From day 1 if you dont sell, your job is on the line and never lets up.
Never seen a worse work ethic out of local management.... They work about 10 hours per week and thats only when they have to "posture" for their bosses.

Reps arent much better with setting fake meetings, no effort and little commitment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get serious. Investigate your branches. Cleveland is going downhill and the sooner you change the culture and managers...the faster it will recover.
