Pros

Some local sales managers care, but they have no authority to make any decisions that matter. Company has seen some growth, but at great cost to its employees.

Cons

CEO and CSO are incredibly controlling and surround themselves with "yes" men/women who will carry out their greed-driven and short term strategies. You cannot trust or believe what senior leadership says. There is no interest in developing employees or promoting from within. You constantly chase a quota that is unattainable and are always watching your back. A true "what have you done for me lately" culture. You can make club one year and be fired the next. Do yourself and your career a favor and avoid this company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have to change the culture for this company to truly be successful. Be more realistic with your goals and expectations, stop stressing everyone out and chasing away your talent. The incredibly high turnover is killing your growth and your brand. Listen to and place more value on your employees. They are the soul of your company and when you continue to put driving for results ahead of your employees well being you drive people away. High Turnover is your Achilles heal and why you cannot achieve the growth you desire. Put your peoples development first and you can change the culture.

    Pros

Great beneifts and flexible on hours on less busy days of the week/month.

    Cons

No matter how hard you work or how dedicated you are, you still get passed over for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management needs to be aware of the things going on in other offices outside of Ohio. Allow some of your tenure employees an opportunity to advance within the company instead of holding them back because they'll hard to replace in their current position.

    Pros

The people are friendly and attempt to help when they can. It is a great place to learn about what you should really want from a career.

    Cons

There is no recognition, no vision, the leadership team is made up of managers not leaders. It's difficult to work with a leadership team that doesn't know the first thing about doing your job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    listen to your employees.
