    Pros

Management encourages entrepreneurship and is very selective to ensure cohesiveness of the team. People are promoted based on their merits more often than not. Joan Payden is an amazing person.

    Cons

Sensitive responsibilities are often delegated outside the groups. A bit more automation can go a long way. Benefits and compensations are somewhat subpar compared to the industry averages.

    Pros

Friendly, opportunities to take on additional responsibility, very stable, ethical, genuine concern for clients' needs, supportive of employees, team based environment, good compensation.

    Cons

A very old school company in a lot of ways. A lot of the pros owe to this reality, but with them come some antiquated views on time off and work-life balance, which is problematic given the plethora of evidence pointing to the benefits of relaxing these kinds of policies. Formal training is very very minimal which can be a problem depending on your learning style.

    Advice to Management

Work-life balance, training, especially for younger employees. Overall a fine place that could be fantastic.
