Current Employee – been working at Payless ShoeSource full-time for less than a year
Pros – having work in this economy
Cons – upper management concerned only about stats....not about customer itself...45+ hour weeks...promised @ hiring good training with monetery rewards. found out training is being put on floor and shown once and left alone to open / close after 3 days given store safe code and key and left on own..store managers get quarterly bonus in stores numbers so managers only care about their numbers not employees OR customers seend first hand store manager being rude to both
Advice to Senior Management – put someone in as not known look out and really see how mamagers are running the stores
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
