    Pros

Small company feel with big company resources. The best portfolio of hotels in the world with the quality of life of living in Alabama.

    Cons

Limited career and advancement opportunities with such a small portfolio. Hotels are located in low demand areas making demand generation a top priority.

I worked at Pch Hotels & Resorts full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

A great place to learn customer service and hospitality. The property a lot to offer and it takes a lot of personnel to make it all run smoothly.

    Cons

A very large property that has a tendency to overwhelm the staff when the house is full. The best convention center in town, it draws a lot of large crowds to Mobile.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to quality improvement. Train everyone on board to be a quality improvement associate. The improvements will benefit the internal and external customers.
