I have been working at Peace Corps full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Helping Volunteers do great work around the world is very rewarding and attracts like-minded people that are great to work with every day.

    Cons

Dealing with government red tape can be a very big pain and the five year rule can sometimes make it difficult to build up institutional knowledge.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open to allowing employees to telework.

    I worked at Peace Corps

    Pros

Great medical coverage while abroad. Stipend they give you to live off is very reasonable. You can feel good about the work you do.

    Cons

Sometimes primary assignments fall through, but that is expected in a 3rd world country.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better sight development
