I worked at Peace Corps

Pros

Travel abroad & have the experience of being fully immersed in another culture. Many of the staff were highly capable and motivated, great people to get to know.

Cons

Some poor organization in my office, communication was poor & I found it difficult to get in touch with supervisor when necessary.

    I worked at Peace Corps

    Pros

Mostly employed by returned peace corps volunteers which means the people are all widely diverse and share similar outlooks on life and work.

    Cons

Since it is a government agency, bureaucracy often gets in the way of projects and can cause slow completion of tasks and goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote more cross office projects.
