    Pros

Rare, but some very talented leaders who still have vision. Have acquired state of the art technology.

    Cons

Failure of executive leadership to capitalze on leveraging in house talent. Always using consultants. No accountability. No vertical integration with operations. Toxic corpoate culture. Unlikely to stop fiscal collapse. Continued corporate inertia and inability to foster innovative stategies for success. Reactive rather than proactive culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remove current senior management and restructure

I have been working at PeaceHealth full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Great team in our department. Competitive salary for some employees, Career opportunities are available.

    Cons

Not for profit healthcare in difficult situation to compete in today's market. Some employees feel under appreciated by administration. Current frustrations with union negotiations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Difficult for many employees to have a large medical deductible. Some areas of the hospital are frustrated with office politics and union negotiations. Encourage more visits with the employees from Dale Zender or some other administrative officer to learn first hand of issues.
