I have been working at Peak 10 full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Peak 10 has great network of people at all of its locations. The culture is very fun and there is a big concentration on wellness. They also have great benefits. Upper management is not of in C-suite somewhere, they are around and involved in conversation.

    Cons

Some departments have issues with work-life-balance. Every department thinks theirs is the most important and can give a little push back on certain initiatives and be territorial. Markets can sometimes go off and do their own things. HR is also a little too involved in activities that shouldn't be a part of their job description. There is not a lot of upward mobility in some areas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be aware of which departments are overworked and which departments need guidance on who "owns" certain tasks. You are hiring quality people but not quite as fast as you are growing.
