Peak review

ProsPeak is a good place to work if you want to make lots of money. Good pay and long hours really stacks your bank account, and for the most part the people you work with are good people.

ConsThe bad thing about working for Peak is the upper management is terrible. The treat there employees really bad and the way the job is ran is very counter productive.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe heads of Peak Oil field Services should really consider who there are hiring when hiring a management postion. They need someone who is going to reacte in a professional manner even when thing arent going according to plan. And the need to hire people who know how to effectively talk to employees.
