Current Employee – been working at Pearson Education full-time

Pros – Many talented and smart employees working on interesting projects

Cons – Little opportunity for advancement and decaying moral after several rounds of layoffs and declining effectiveness of communication from higher management

Advice to Senior Management – Find out about the skills and expertise of the employees and leverage the talent you have. Most everyone wants to contribute in a meaningful way, but the business structure and lack of encouragement and opportunities to advance is dissatisfying and has forced many gifted employees to be forced to look elsewhere for advancement.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
