“Very positive until recently with the new leadership put in place.”
Current Employee – been working at Pearson
Pros – Broad experiences and business groups pleasure to work with.
Cons – New leadership in back-office organization do not appreciate the people who have worked their for many years. They want yes people.
Advice to Senior Management – Not everything has to change to be better. Need to listen to everyone, not just the "yes" people.
