Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to what the employees want to change. Change is good and the same old way of doing things will make us obsolete.

I have been working at Pearson

    Pros

I have not come up with one for me personally but for someone in the teaching field I could see where this may have some benefit to them on an intellectual level.

    Cons

The work is boring and repetitive. The standards can be very subjective and not clearly defined. You may find yourself guessing until you hit the right notes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees like an adult. Be specific with your expectations. Be fair in and consistent in your policies for both permanent employees and temporary ones.

    No opinion of CEO
