    Good office environment. No dress code.

    Confused management, confused leadership. Declining profits and market share.

    An excellent manager and helpful colleagues. Flexibility in terms of being able to work from home and travel at will.

    Poor HR and Finance Departments.

    Ensure that the Finance department processes things faster. Allow editors more control over publishing processes.
