Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Great co-workers, worked together to complete assigned tasks. Focused higher management, they know where they want to company to go in the future.

Cons

There are those who do and those who manage. Middle management lacks proper training and foresight. If you have a good personal relationship with your manager you are more apt to be promoted over harder working team members.

Advice to Management

Upper management needs to be more mindful about who they are hiring into middle management positions.

    Pros

It looks good on the resume.

    Cons

So many to list.... As an HR Intern I was able to see all the crap they get away with. They dont do criminal background checks on their warehouse workers, their application system is non existent. All paper applications, no technology in those offices at all.

    Advice to Management

    Get your act together!!

    Pros

Seasonal work scoring assessment tests is a great way to pick some extra money if your retired or between jobs. Dress is casual and the atmosphere is relaxed. Both coworkers and supervisors are pleasant people. They understand that it is a temp job and are understanding if you need a day off or half day for that matter to take care of personal business (ie:job interview).

The break/lunch room has 5 or 6 refrigerator and 15 or 20 microwaves in their Austin scoring location.

    Cons

Scoring can be tedious but interesting at times. Vending food location is ok but not a lot a lot of healthy stuff.
