I have been working at Pearson full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Wonderful colleagues, 5 star office setting

Cons

Stupid management decision, who never learn from their mistakes
Bullsh**t promises of pay rise

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Never ever choose managers based on favoritism, or their looks

Stop saying each and every year that we are making money, but then out of the blue fired us
Study the market in MALAYSIA real hard.. Don't just give us gray statistics and use the term 'REDUNDANCY' to fire us

Get real, Pearson is going down indeed. Because you management will never learn. 'Always Learning' seems to mock you right now.

Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at Pearson

    Pros

The company is very well positioned for the future of education. Also, I had the best boss I ever worked for while at Pearson.

    Cons

I also had by far the worst boss I have ever had while working at Pearson

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to your managers. Often times teams will succeed in spite of their manager, not because of them.
