    Pros

Resources, a global network, many opportunities to move around. Good benefits.

    Cons

Safe and comfortable culture. Distributed offices means no real company culture. Not moving fast enough to industry changes.

    Advice to Management

We won't continue to succeed in education as a distributed global conglomerate. Pearson needs to get focused, consolidate offices, and project a bold vision that can attract talent from other companies. Then to keep the talent, pay them well and cultivate a culture of risk-taking and innovation.

  2. Pearson does not care about employees who are not in management
