Pros

Excellent work environment, supportive and encouraging people, interesting work, commitments to both quality and ethics, fabulous work/life balance, understanding management, opportunities to stretch myself, supportive of continuing education and professional development

Cons

While open to change, change is slow, probably because this is a large company.

    Pros

    Looks good on your resume.

    Cons

Salaries are insultingly low. You are expected to work 2-3 times your job description. Management ignores you unless you are in the cool club. So unless you want to work in sales sucking up to management and professors while working an expected 70hrs a week making a low base salary and hoping the economy doesnt suck so bad you that by some miracle you make your bonus, its not worth it.

    Advice to Management

Tap into the talent in your workforce. It is time for a structural change.
