Current Employee - Test Administrator in Boston, MA
Current Employee - Test Administrator in Boston, MA

I have been working at Pearson part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Each testing center is self contained and that makes free of "office politics." It has high security standards and it is a very unusual job. I am a Test Administrator and this is a terrific job for retirees and Graduate students.

Cons

I work with 10 terrific people, but Home Office does not support the centers. The testing computers that we use desperately need an upgrade.

I have been working at Pearson full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great work/life balance, great managers; a lot of room to grow with the company. I have a great experience in three positions while at Pearson and I will continue to work here as long as possible.

    Cons

Pearson is a very large organization, so trying to coordinate within teams becomes difficult at times. Other than that, cannot think of any cons, I really enjoy working here.
