It was overall a good experience.

ProsJob was in a suburban location. Coworkers were the best.

ConsPeople were not given education opportunities to advance their careers.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive your existing staff the opportunities to move with Pearson as the emphasis changes to a global outlook
