I have been working at Pearson full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Vision and Innovation, most successful, most creative and innovative company in the education space. People live up to the state values and culture of Brave, Imaginative and Decent. Terrific place to enjoy not just a job but a long and productive career.

    Cons

Occasionally some challenges around managing scale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay focused on the big issues in learning and education and continue to listen and align head and heart on employee issues!

I have been working at Pearson full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great benefits, meaningful work, strong product lines

    Cons

New leadership has put the company on the wrong track. K12 has been in the process of reorganizing for the past 13 months. Customer fatigue has set it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring back the culture that Marjorie fostered. "Brave, imaginative and decent" were more than buzzwords. The company has been in a nosedive since her departure. None of those three words describe Pearson today.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
