    Pros

    There are incredible people at this company. I've been challenged and developed and rewarded for my talents and hard work.

    Cons

    The industry is changing and Pearson, like all companies, is struggling to figure out how they can meet the challenges of today's teachers and learners best.

    Advice to Management

    Keep supporting the development of the sales organization and evolve the bonus plan each year.

    Pros

    Flex-time, benefits are decent, work from home is available

    Cons

    Outsourcing of work to India has been painful and difficult; working for manager who sits in office, does nothing and gets paid 3x what I do is very discouraging; corporate restructuring is eliminating good people with history and valuable knowledge and skills; moves to new locations are costing millions and open floor space environment is not enticing at all.

    Advice to Management

    Stay in USR;
