Pros

Flexibility is out of this world. Salary is decent for the area when compared to other companies.

Leadership is horrible. Communication is not existent. Incompetency in many leadership roles Building appearance is out dated and crowded

Advice to Management

Know what your employees do and how things actually work. Stop posturing and take an active role in your position.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The staff is supportive. My boss is very reasonable and intelligent. The company is understanding of different life arrangements. Flexible hours and degrees of employment (full-time, short-time, and part-time) are often (not always) accommodated.

    Cons

Change is slow and sometimes agonizingly slow. The system can be very bureaucratic. Inter-company communications are not always efficient and effective.

    Advice to Management

Shake things up a little. Give staff more autonomy. Make pay structure more competitive to attract the very best talent.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Low work load, mindless work. Nice gig if you want to do a 9-5. People are nice, work is easy, simple business model, very primitive.

    Cons

Frustrating for those that want to drive change and process improvement. This is a publishing company that still has not fully embraced the digital age.

    Advice to Management

Hire some fresh blood at the highest level and drive change.
